How We Work Rotary First Harvest fights hunger through the generosity and expertise of Rotarians, farmers, truckers, food processors, wholesalers and retailers. Since 1982, RFH has provided over 130 million pounds of wholesome surplus produce to those in need. Rotarians provide contacts for donations, many hours of volunteer labor and the majority of RFH’s funding. Through the teamwork of Rotarians, food donors, trucking companies, food bank distribution warehouses, and our other partners, RFH is helping create a better future for hungry people.
