Give Joy and
Hope for the Holidays
In lieu of chocolates, wine or gift
baskets for friends, referral sources and clients, why not make
a donation to Rotary First Harvest on behalf of your clients for
the holidays?
For every $1.00 donated, RFH can provide $30.00 worth of produce
to Washington's food banks and hot meal programs.
How It Works
- Choose the type of card you want.
- Complete order form.
- Mail/Fax/Email completed order form to RFH.
Option A - Wreath Card
Click card for larger view. Interior of
the folded linen card is blank. Your personalized message is printed
on a linin card that is inserted in the wreath card. A matching envelope
is included. Actual size when folded is 4.25 x 5.5 inches. The minimum
donation is $5.00 per card (which is equal to more than
150 pounds of produce distributed to those in need by RFH).
Option B - Deluxe Gift Cards:
This
is the card with your personalized insert and envelope included.
The card comes with its own envelope which
can either be addressed by you or by RFH staff. The minimum donation
is $10.00 per card (which is equal to more than 300 pounds of
produce distributed to those in need by RFH).
2. Create
your personalized message
Print
out an order form and fill in the information. You will
see a space to write your message as you would like it to appear
on your cards. Note that the length of the message will
be determined by which card you pick. Please call or email
the office if you have any questions or need help personalizing
your message - we will be glad to help you with ideas.
3. Place your order
Once you've completed the form, please fax (206.236.0357) or mail
it to the RFH office. RFH produces the order. Messages
will be added in-house and can be
ready within a few days. If you will be sending out the cards yourself,
we can either mail them to you or you can pick them up if you prefer.
4. Send in your donation
We will provide a pledge invoice for you.
