Donate trucking

We could have the freshest, healthiest, most beautiful load of produce donated to RFH, but without a way to get it from the farm or packing house to the loading dock of our food bank partners, it won’t feed anyone. 

Trucking donations help us to get food from farmers to food banks. Donated professional trucking allows us to take advantage of the food that is offered to us and to get it where it is needed quickly and efficiently. Currently, donors like Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Peninsula Truck Lines, Gordon Trucking and others who participate through our relationship with the Washington Trucking Association will move loads of food for us when they have an open backhaul lane available.  Other companies will offer deeply discounted rates when no backhaul is available.
