Harvest Against Hunger

Join an RFH Work Party

Imagine entering a room full of bins of apples, pears, corn, carrots, onions, potatoes or green beans and knowing that in a few hours, you and other Rotarians will have repacked thousands of pounds into cases for delivery to local food banks. What a sense of accomplishment for a Saturday morning!

Every month, hundreds of Rotarians from across District 5030 gather at one of the two Rotary First Harvest (RFH) partner programs' warehouses to help sort and repack produce that RFH has gathered. RFH work parties are one of our District's most enduring and enjoyable service activities. And you can get
directly involved with the fight against hunger, socialize with Rotarians from other Clubs, have a great time and get a free doughnut as your reward!

Members, guests, potential new members, and family members - everyone is invited to join this work party. It is a terrific activity for kids (4th grade and older), who always seem to outwork every adult in the vicinity. It's also a great way to show people how Rotary is making our community better.

Join Us!
